We'll make it right.

You love your Lab unconditionally — we feel the same way about our gear. If something's wrong with your order, we're not going to make you fight for it. Lab people take care of their own.

We'll refund you for:

🦴 Items sent incorrectly — wrong size, wrong design, wrong color

🦴Damaged or defective products that arrived that way

 

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. If something's off with your order, don't sit on it. It's a reasonable window — and we trust you know it.

 

How to request a refund:

One email. That's it. Reach us at sadieraynesupport@gmail.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. No hoops. No forms. We'll sort it out - clean and simple.
